1Ulei de Peste Ulei de peste cu continutul de acizii grasi cu catena lunga eicosapentaenoic (EPA; 20:5n-3) si docosahexaenoic (DHA; 22:6n-3) sunt componenti de baza al uleiului de peste, importanti in dezvoltarea timpurie a copiilor, in principal a tesuturilor neurale si cresterea capacitatii de memorare la copii.
